My adventure with hospitality began as a Bartender and Glassie at The Claremont Hotel, where I discovered my knack for creating unforgettable experiences and fostering genuine connections with patrons. As I progressed through roles like Duty Manager at The Brown Fox and Bar Manager at Bill’s Bar and Bites, I realized that my passion for this field only grew stronger with each challenge I faced.
But my journey isn't just about the roles I've held; it's about the passion and dedication I bring to everything I do. Whether it's crafting the perfect cocktail, managing teams with finesse, or ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, I thrive on exceeding expectations and making a lasting impact.
My love for hospitality isn't just confined to the workplace; it's a part of who I am. From studying Marine and Freshwater Science to exploring the intricacies of wine with certifications like the Wine and Spirits Education Trust Levels 2, 3 and 4 (on going), I've embraced every opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills.
Speaking of wine, one of my all-time favorites from our portfolio is the Villa Mangiacane Chianti Classico. Trust me, it's like Italy in a bottle, and I never get tired of enjoying its rich flavors and aromas.
